Had a minor glitch - a dispatch error meant the Hot Toys Shadow Trooper model was sent instead, understandable as the model ID is one number different. PAF were very helpful and I had the correct model in my hands less than a week later. Packing on both models was excellent, and delivery times were swift.

    Pre-ordered an item from a range notorious for pushing back shipping dates, and it was eventually received in perfect order.
    I had ordered other items from this range elsewhere and they never appeared but Planet Action Figures, despite being the smallest company of the lot, were the only ones to deliver so I have no complaints at all.

  • Accidental Discovery Turned Favorite Store!

    I found Planet Action Figures by accident on Google, but I'm so happy I did! Not only were they selling the Baldur's Gate plushies I was looking for, but they were on sale as well! The items were dispatched quickly, arrived well-packaged, and I was kept updated with emails regarding the shipping process. Planet Action Figures will now be my go-to store.
