Holding Orders with Preorders

Orders containing both preorder and in-stock items will be held until all items are available to ship together.

Cancellation & Changes

You can cancel your preorder anytime before it ships, but the 10% deposit is non-refundable to cover processing fees and loss of earnings. Once shipped, standard return and cancellation policies apply.
