It is completed with jointed boots and a kingly embellished helmet. His shield and die-cast Herugrim and are also included for Théoden's heroic battle on the Pelennor Fields.

Preorder items will ship once in stock using your chosen shipping method. Approximate release dates can be found at the top of this page.

Stock Item: 

In stock items will ship within two working days. (This excludes weekends). If you choose Next Day Delivery at checkout it will arrive Next Day (Excluding weekends) from the day it ships and not from the day you place your order.

We offer a no quibble 14 day return policy. You have 14 days upon receiving your item to change your mind. You must contact info@planetactionfigures.co.uk within 14 calendar days to begin a returns process.

Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions are related to Planet Action Figures or PAF for abbreviation purposes. 

By placing an order with Planet Action Figures you agree to the below Terms & Conditions. 

 

Shipping

 

• Any items that do not arrive at the specified address at checkout due to them being lost in transit will be investigated after 21 days have passed from the expected delivery date. These are the couriers and our terms. 

• It is your responsibility to make sure your shipping address is always up to date. Any items shipped to a wrong or outdated address due to your address not being up to date will not be compensated.

• Items that arrive damaged or faulty must be reported within 14 calendar days of receiving them. If 14 days have passed a repair, replacement or refund will not be considered.

• Once reported the item must be returned to PAF within 14 calendar days. If the item is not returned within this time frame a repair, replacement or refund will not be considered.

• Items are not guaranteed to arrive in mint condition, mint in box/mint on card.  We will not replace an item based on box condition if minor damage has happened. Excessive damage will be considered once photos are seen and an investigation has taken place with the courier used. Investigations can take up to 21 days as per the couriers and our terms. Returns on damaged boxes are at buyers cost.

• Shipping times and dates are not guaranteed on any shipping service used including Royal Mails Guaranteed next day service. 

• If an item is sent using a signed for service and is left at the destination without obtaining a signature and ends up missing, an investigation with the shipping service will be opened and a conclusion reached within 21 days. Refunds or Replacements will not be considered until at least 21 days have passed. 

 

 

Returns & Damaged/Faulty Items

 

• If you change your mind on any purchase, you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to return it for a full refund. By law you are not required to give a reason. To be eligible for a full refund the item/s must be unopened and in the original packaging and be re-sellable.  

• The item/s must be returned within 14 calendar days of notifying us that you would like to return the item/s.

• Unwanted items cannot be returned after the 14 day period from receiving your item/s. 

• Any damages or faults with the item/s must be reported within 14 calendar days and returned within 14 calendar days of notifying us of said damage or fault. 

• You will be responsible for return postage on unwanted item/s or item/s with box damage.

• Faulty or Damaged items will first try to be replaced. If PAF cannot replace the item/s we will offer a full refund. 

• As these items are mass produced minor discrepancies and blemishes are not classed as a fault. 

• All items that are returned due to a fault/damage will be checked. Any item that is damaged or faulty caused by opening, by play, by transforming, by attaching accessories or anything do to with non-standard use, miss-use, wear and tear or other issues that may cause problems is not grounds for a return or refund/part refund. 

 

 

Cancellations, Fees and Non Refundable Deposits. 

 

Cancellation fees for pre-order products are broken down as follows:

 

Preorder where the customer has paid in full:

Deposit (10% of item price) & Balance (90% of item price)

If you cancel your order:

• Non-refundable deposit portion is kept by Planet Action Figures (10%) 

 

Payment Plan:

If you cancel your order:

• Non-refundable deposit portion is kept by Planet Action Figures (10%) 

Preorder where the customer has not paid any monies:

If you cancel your order inclusive of 14 calendar days of it being placed: 

• Customer is not charged any fees

If you cancel your order after 14 calendar days of it being placed:

• Customer is not charged any fees

 

If you preorder an item using partial.ly your method of payment will be charged. approximately 7 days before item dispatch. This is to allow time for the monies to clear and be processed for fraudulent payments by our payment gateway.

 

If for any reason the payment fails the customer will have 7 days to notify us to reach an agreement for when the item will be paid for. 

 

If no contact is received by ourselves after 7 calendar days your order will be cancelled and any deposits charged will be kept by Planet Action Figures. (10% of item price)

 

 

Partial Ly Payment Plan Cancellation Fees

 

Due to the administrative costs of the Payment Plan option you will charged a cancellation fee when an order is cancelled by the customer, or by Planet Action Figures if your credit card is declined, or your billing and shipping information is incomplete.
 
Cancellation fees are not applicable until after the first payment instalment has been charged.
 
Cancellation fees for Payment Plans are broken down as follows:

If the order is canceled inclusive of 14 calendar days of it being placed: 

• Customer receives no fee

If the order is canceled after 14 calendar days of it being placed: 

• Non-refundable deposit portion is kept by Planet Action Figures (10%) 

The cancellation fee will be charged to the customers method of payment at the time of placing the order.

By selecting the Payment Plan option when placing your order, you will be agreeing to pay any applicable cancellation fee(s). This is clearly noted on the Partial Ly contract you sign during checkout. We strongly suggest that you read the terms before agreeing to the contract. Credit card companies or Banks submitting charge back disputes on behalf of a Payment Plan customer, will be given a copy of the legal agreement that they entered into, resulting in a dismissal of the dispute. Any accounts that have submitted charge backs will be temporarily disabled, in order to avoid further billing and shipping issues, while charge disputes are being resolved.

 

 

In-stock Order Cancellation Fees

 

If you have placed an order for an in-stock item and wish to cancel it, then you must email us at aaron@planetactionfigures.co.uk immediately. In-stock items usually ship out within 48 hours of placing your order, therefore your item may already be on its way to you.

If you do not contact us in time and your order ships, then you will be responsible for any and all shipping fees or package return fees.

 

Cancellation on Preorder items due to missed shipping dates. 

 

All dates are estimated shipping dates which are supplied by our distributors and manufacturers directly. There will be times when these dates are extended. If the item preordered passes 6 months past the expected shipping date we will honour a 100% refund. 

 

Reward Points

 

• Planet Action Figures offer a rewards programme for all customers. Customers will earn 1 point for every £1 spent. 

 

• Reward points can be exchanged for discount codes in the following increments. £5, £10, £25 and £50. 

 

• Only one coupon code can be used at any one time and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

 

• Coupon codes may only be used for items in stock and when paid for in full. They cannot be used on preorders where no monies are paid or payment plans. 

 

• Planet Action Figures reserve the right to cancel the rewards programme at any time as it is an incentive programme.

 

• Reward points or vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash nor gifted to another individual.
